Our company received an inquiry from Andrea on Alibaba in January 2022. In the inquiry, the customer expressed that he likes our products, but has high quality requirements and needs a customized gift box. The customer wants us to help him customize a set of chess game with mixed materials, the quantity is 1000 sets. 

At first, we also thought that this was just a customer with high quality requirements, but when we received the sample order and started sampling, we found that the customer's requirements were almost harsh. First of all, the customer wants to replace the ordinary flannelette with leather imported from European leather factories on the basis of the original ceramic + black flannel chessboard. In addition, the metal strips on the chessboard should not have any scratchy feel, and there must be no pinholes on the plated chess pieces. And seams, contact with samples also need to be equipped with gloves, no fingerprints, dust or any traces can be left. Finally, after adjusting the samples according to the customer's requirements several times, it finally came to the gift box step. The customer accepted our gift box design, but required that the material of the gift box must be replaced with European imported paper, and it must be an environmentally friendly material. Obviously the customer's requirements are demanding, but the final product is almost perfect. The 800 sets of large-scale chessboard gift boxes were also shipped in August of the same year, and customers expressed high recognition for our customization capabilities.
